The idea and need for Shop Small TOL came in response to the financial damage the pandemic has done to small businesses in Toledo. Shop Small TOL will be an Interactive app that allows Toledo Locals to navigate to Toledo Small Businesses in a fun way. Users collect both digital stickers for your “small business passport” and physical stickers as well for every purchase from one of these small businesses.
